Ubuntu and LibVLCSharp

Hello to everyone. I make a program in AvaloniaUI and LibVlcSharp for Ubuntu in raspberry 5, I have a little problem, I install all vlc libvlc-dev and libvlccore-dev. There are videos that have huge quality and they lags a lot. In VLC i was able to change some parameters and now it works quite well, but when I using my program and I am setting same options as in VLC like for example vout=xbc... etc, I mean, same as vlcrc file, it looks like it does not get this configuration and again the video goes into a terrible lag.

If someone faced this problem before or similar problem, I will be gratefull if he/she can give me some advice.
