Suddenly videos are being paused by left click.

Postby bananasgomoo » 02 Jan 2025 10:06

In a recent update, clicking once on the video playing causes it to play/pause. This is annoying when I am trying to fullscreen the video, or move the video window around.

I didn't change the hotkey setting, and mouse click is not listed in the hotkeys.
How do I disable this?

Using the git version of VLC on Arch Linux. No plugins installed.

Thanks

Not using the development version, is how you disable this. This is very much work in progress.

Alright, I was hoping there was a setting added in the menu for it. Is that a planned feature? For now I made a patch locally to disable it in the build, based on reading the source code commits.
