Autostart VLC RTSP Stream with rc.local

Hello, can someone tell me what I need to put in the rc.local file on my raspberry pi running bookworm to autostart an RTSP stream with VLC on boot?

Apps probably don't have access to display and audio output from there, so won't work.

Instead you need to have the desktop manager automatically login, and then the session manager automatically start VLC with the intended URL as parameter. Details will vary depending on your environment.
