Hey all, new forum member here but long-time VLC user...
I run Linux and noticed that the VLC Flatpak on Flathub.org isn't verified.
Flathub.org recently went live with a new verification system that uses blue-checkmark verification so that the community knows that the Flatpak app is official from the developer.
The Flathub site has an entire section of verified applications. For example, look at the blue checkmarks on LibreOffice, Firefox, and OBS.
Being verified would let users know that VLC is directly from the developer, not a third-party. There is a post here about how to get verified.
Would the VLC developers consider adding Flathub.org verification?
