vaapi generic error: profile(3) is not supported

Hi,
I've just installed vlc on ubuntu 20.04LTS using the following command:

$ sudo apt install vlc vlc-plugin-qt vlc-plugin-skins2

and when I Run it from CLI it is showing this error:

This means that your hardware (or its device driver) does not support the video codec profile. To answer your question literally, either don't play videos that your hardware can't deal with, or get better hardware...

Thanks for looking in the matter, and sorry that I missed to attach my system's specs.
It has been working since long time. in my systems with low specs than my current PC:

OS: Linux - Ubuntu 20.04 - 64-bit
GNOME Version: 3.36.8
Windowing System: X11
Mamory: 16GB
Processor: Intel Core i5-4590S CPU @3.00GHzx4
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600 (HSW GT2)
Disk SSD 2.5 TB

And I don't use videos other than MP3, AVI,

I installed VLC using this command: $ sudo apt install vlc vlc-plugin-qt vlc-plugin-skins2

Just executed it from CLI, and It looks like all is fine now:

$ vlc
VLC media player 3.0.9.2 Vetinari (revision 3.0.9.2-0-gd4c1aefe4d)
[000056237e4915b0] main libvlc: Running vlc with the default interface. Use 'cvlc' to use vlc without interface.
[000056237e526750] main playlist: playlist is empty
