VLC 3.0.16 Vetinari on KDE Neon does not find Kathrein EXIP 418

Hello !
I try "Universal Plug`n`play" but it finds nothing. VLC on Windows finds the server automatically.
The firewall is off.
What can I do ?

Check that you have the same libupnp version as VLC for Windows.
