h.265 RTSP IP Camera integration in Android

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone used VLC for Android to connect multiple network cameras to watch on the Android smart device?

What I want to achieve is for VLC for Android to find the cameras in the network and have them all showing simultaneously, and when tapping on one in particular, it comes up as a fullscreen.

How many cameras would be allowed on this and can the picture quality be adjusted to reduce picture stutter?
