VLC in RTP mode when launched

Hi Gents,

After severals long hours, I finaly succed to make my VLC runing properly with a Raspberry.
Now VLC can open and display my webcam.

Now my target is to make VLC to trun into RTP to Stream my webcam automaticaly when my Raspberry is turned ON.

I succed the first step : automatically launching VLC when my Raspberry is launch with its Debain.

So now my target is : how to make VLC to start in a dedicated mode.
