[Ubuntu 18.04] Problem with Bluray menus

Hi

I'm trying to play a BluRAY with menus using VLC on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, unfortunately i always receive an error telling me that Java is not installed and therefore it plays without menus.

I have also added to my /etc/environment the java_home directory:

What else can i try to troubleshoot this problem?

Did you ever find a solution? I've been struggling for about a week to get blu ray menus working in VLC in Linux.

On Ubuntu 18.04 I searched Synaptic Package Manager and installed
libbluray-bdj and the Blueray menus are now working perfectly.

sudo apt-get install libbluray-bdj

but I had also libaacs throught : git, and some key database from vlc-bluray.. :/..
also i had installed java and changed that path. Next time i will try only your way first
But, next problem, video quality looks quite low, background noises(i am not sure if its right term). Can vlc have some part on it? i dont like that original BLURAY would have lower video quality even though older serial.
