VLC-0.84a and slackware current

Hi guys i had some problems compiling vlc on my slackware current. First of all you have to know I didn't install wxWidgets but wx-GTK-2.6.2. Are there any differences between theese software? Another thing you have to know is I didn't pass any optional flags for compiling wx-GTK, only

Configure of vlc return me this warning:

For solving this problem probably I have to so this during wx-GTK compile:

Is it right?

The make process crash and return me this error:

Hi guys,
I partially solved the problem using --enable-unicode during wxgtk compialtion, but when I try to run vlc, console return a segmentation fault error. Any idea?

Update your libcdio ( http://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/ ).
Not sure if this will help.
