Cannot play DVD on vlc3

VLC can play files on local system, but cant play DVD.

At first look seem like a permission problem. But i have access to dvd.

This open the DVD, but no open menu:

If i try to open the DVD under GUI on file/media/dvd (/dev/sr0) y get:

core input source error: cannot access dvd:///dev/sr0

DVD is ok, i can open and play with mplayer dvd:// -cdrom-device /dev/sr0

Seems to be a bug in the version for Linux -
operation on Windows 10 x64 is okay
also vlc-2.2.4 works on openSUSE 13.2

You should open an incident at the people who did the packaging for your distribution.

Looks like DVD plugin is not included in your VLC installation.
