VLC on Linux Mint

Currently running VLC 2.2.0 on Windows 7. Anyone running this on Linux Mint? Any issues? Thanks!

I have VLC 2.2.2 on Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon. The only issue I have is with wmv videos, where the video stutters and the audio is usually out of sync. All other file types I've tried work great.

Edit: I updated to 2.2.5 (had to add the videolan/stable-daily repository to get it) and it fixed the problem with wmv files. Everything I've tested so far has worked perfectly with 2.2.5.
