Default Audio Device not being used on startup

Postby Pistos » 21 Jul 2016 21:09

I have set the default audio device in the preferences. When I close and restart VLC, I see that selected device still set as the default. However, in the Audio menu, the Audio device is always the wrong one (the bottom-most one). Sound doesn't work with that device, and it works when I pick the correct one, but it is puzzling and frustrating that the default audio device is not used on startup. Any tips?

Known and already fixed bug in VLC 2.2.1.
