"The repository is insufficiently signed by key" error with libdvdcss Debian repo

On my recent update to Debian testing, I started getting this error:

W: gpgv:/var/lib/apt/lists/download.videolan.org_pub_debian_testing_Release.gpg: The repository is insufficiently signed by key .... (weak digest)

I configured the repo using these instructions: https://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html
Apparently used key is now considered weak. Can you please update it and provide new one? Thanks!
