Cannot take Snapshots [FIXED]

Postby STcraft » 31 Mar 2016 16:55

Hello, i have a problem where i can't take snapshots on VLC (2.2.2)
I had this problem since the day i installed Antergos (Arch based distro) and i can't seem to fix it :/
It does work on my secondary computer though, Could it be because of my gpu or cpu?

Thanks

EDIT: If you came from a search engine like google, then here is what i did to fix it:

Extra > Settings > Input/Codecs
Under Codecs there is a item called "Hardware acceleration" > Select: Disabled
Click save and Restart vlc
Take a snap to test!

Disable hardware decoding acceleration.; it's not compatible with snapshot taking so far.
