Hi all
Apologies if this has been asked before. Searching around I cannot find anything.
Since upgrading to Ubuntu 15.04 (which has its own VLC 2.2 package) I've found the contents of the "video" menu are now almost all grayed out when playing a video.
The only ones available are "Fullscreen", "Always on Top" and "Set as Wallpaper". Zoom, Aspect Ratio, Post-processing, Take Snapshot etc. are all greyed out and unavailable (as are their keyboard shortcuts).
I've tried all kinds of videos, including ones I knew were working in Ubuntu 14.10 (which was also VLC 2.2).
Any ideas what this is? Could it be my graphics drivers or something? Where can I go to see debug information about why these menu options are disabled?
Thanks for your help!
