video is streaming but no image in vlc

I'm running vlc-2.0.6-1.el6.x86_64 on a centos 6.4 64bit machine and I'm transcoding video from an axis 211A camera with this command:

cvlc -vvv rtsp://user:password@<axis-cam-ip>:554/mpeg4/media.amp --sout '#transcode{vcodec=FLV1,vb=512,acodec=mpga,ab=64,samplerate=44100}:std{access=http{mime=video/x-flv},mux=ffmpeg{mux=flv},dst=0.0.0.0:8084/zoomcam.flv}'

when I try to view this stream in vlc on a pc there's no image or sound. But I know the centos server is streaming because I've watched the vlc machine in wireshark and I'm getting a very strong stream of continuous data from the ip of the centos machine, and I'm not getting any errors in the streaming console.
During streaming I got this in the log of vlc: (I had to snip the start of urls to bypass this forums max urls rule)

this has got me puzzled so I'd appreciate any help.

Seeing the output, your command line is probably missing some double-quotes around the --sout parameter

would believe it, this morning I've tried the same thing again and now it's working. Only problem is I have no audio at the end of the chain.
I know the cam is putting out audio on the rtsp stream to the server because I've tested it and I can hear it, but the server isn't including audio in the transcoding. Thanks for your response btw and do you have any ideas regarding the absent audio?
