where to find mediaexpress for centos32bit 6.2 ?

i have compiles 32bit bmdtools
but i m not able to see my decklink studio card in vlc window under capture device but BlackmagicCapture command is picking my card properly.

kindly help on this is mediaexpress is also compulsory to compile with vlc or not if yes from where to find the media express source for 32bit installion on centos.
