Streaming multicast using Wizard

Hello,
I posted some problems about streaming multicast.
Now I'd like to try to use wizard but I haven't understood how do it even if I wrote the guide present in the link: http://www.videolan.org/doc/streaming-h ... /ch02.html.

Please someone can explain me step by step what I have to do.
