After updated to 1.1.13 in opensuse 11.3, rtsp doesn't work

After I have updated to 1.1.13 rpm from vlc's opensuse 11.3 repos, i cannot run the rtsp stream in command line, how can I solve the problem? Previous in 1.1.12 everything ran smooth.
