opening rvlc

Hi
I'm asking about the message I get in the terminal when I open rvlc :

VLC media player 1.1.4 The Luggage Interface de commande à distance initialisée, tapez « help » pour obtenir de l'aide.
The messages with the "Blocked" stuff are bothering me. Is this response normal or should I modify something ??
