problem with commands in rvlc

I've got a problem using rvlc when I want to get the input from a file which contains more than 2 commands.
My input file contains:

You need to wait for the stream to be parsed before you send the info command. Thus you cannot use a file as input.

All I want is to do this operations : 1-open rvlc 2-open a stream 3-get the info
Periodically. If there is a way to do it without use a file as an input it will be very helpfull.
