Some questions about Videolan

I am really new in streaming. Found your software and have some questions before I start with
this new hobby.

I want to have a Linux server (Xenon) with Videolan and 6 DVB Sat channels. I want to deliver the streams in H264 codec.
The Linux server is connected with a 100 MB line to the Internet.

1. Which DVB card can you recommend?
2. How many concurrent clients can be connected (stream) with one server?

Its a HP Server with 2 x Xeon-2.8GHz and 4GB Ram.

How many TV-channels can I transcode in H264 with one server?

Is it possible to add 2 or 3 Nova-S cards in one Server?
