send and receive a stream via vlc

I want to send a unicast stream via vlc and receive it on another pc in the same LAN. The sender is OK but the receiver rises an error that it can not open the MRL.
I have read the videolan documents about sending and receiving a stream and did the instructions exactly.
I read the log file too but there is nothing useful in it.
Could you tell me where the problem is.
