VLC failed to play Flash Video (.flv)

Postby ayonkhan » 20 Mar 2009 22:14

I have downloaded some .flv files from youtube & facebook. But when I tried to play I got an error.

Code: Select all

No suitable decoder module: VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this. No suitable decoder module: VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.
Please note that, I don't like to use Totem. So I remove that after installing Ubuntu. And I have Adobe Flash Player 10 installed. When I was in Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron (x86) I was able to play .flv through VLC without any hassle. And now I am using Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex (x86).
