watch channel satellit with DVB

Hi,
i used vlc with ubuntu 8.10 and i want to watch some channels of satellite ASTRA , i install a dvb card ,
i used this comande :
vlc dvb:// --dvb-frequency=11538000 --dvb-srate=22000000 --dvb-voltage=13 --programs=605


but i have error : libdvbpsi error ....:psi discontinnuity ..
.....
pulse audio output error : failed to connect

how to correct this probleme?

2)Where i can find channel.conf file for Astra satellite ?
