shoutcast tv on ubuntu 7.04

simply put it wont play its says that its playing and i can even hear sound but no video and when i click on the video button on vlc it says video track and its checked disabled and when i enable it it still does nothing can anyone help?

The same problem on Debian Linux etch (installed 0.8.6c from debian packet)

Should I install new version or it is a common problem?
