Can Not Update Newest Code from Subversion

I want to test the newest vlc-0.9.x code on subversion. I can update my code normally form subversion last month, but now when i update my code, subversion ask me to input username and password.
Does vlc's subversion add authorization mechanism? I have no authorization
But how can i get the newest code?
