green picture when scaling - SuSE 10.2

Hi,

I changed my OS from Suse 9.3 to Suse 10.2 and installed the VLC 0.8.6c Version.
When I now stream vom from my DVB Cards, I always get green pictures if using "scale"

scale =1 -> OK
scale = x.x -> green picture
width=x,height=y -> green picture

I try to use the x264 encoder (venc=x264) instead of ffmpeg with the same result

if there is a scaling factor in the comand line the output gets green

Any Idea (bug)?
