How to include in VLC 0.8.6b support jack in openSUSE 10.2? Where for it to search? The version from a repository

jack is not compiled in in that version; no addon package available.

ermm...

I did not specify --enable-jack on the commandline when building the package?

Serious: In the time the packages exist, it is now the first time somebody requests jack support (maybe the others were just quiet).

I might consider adding it to future RPMs
