CHRONOS Video Shuttle II - no sound

I have CHRONOS Video Shuttle II / FM (Phillips Chipset). When I try to watching tv with vlc there is no sound. If plaing a movie from cd it's ok, but when get signal from capture card there is no sound. I have sound with other tv players (tvtime, xawtv, xdtv), but not wirh VLC. Can you help me please...

having the same problem with my Chronos TV Shuttle II (SAA7314) Card...\

I always get fuzzy sound... it seems to me that the card doesn't change BG-DK appropriately...

made some tests... DK channels work always.. also when I set PAL_B ...
BG channels always get fuzzy sound...

any ideas how can I set the BG mode?
