Video stuttering playing 1080p mkv in VLC with 4.4.6-gentoo

After I have upgraded my kernel from gentoo-sources-4.1.15-r1 to gentoo-sources-4..4.6 playing a 1080 mkv file with vlc the program experiences a "video stuttering" problem
If the audio track is disabled or the audio device discard all samples the bug doesn't reproduce

Try to increase the file-caching, e.g. to 2000 ms, either in the preferences (=> "Input/codecs") or in the commandline as additional option, i.e.:

vlc --file-caching=2000 file.mkv

You may increase this value further if the messages with "ES_OUT_SET_(GROUP_)PCR ..." still remain.

There may be some issue with your audio drivers in the kernel.

You can try different alsa options (in vlc, e.g. analog stereo etc.) and also play between direct use of alsa or pulse audio. Try also the option "--spdif" or "--no-spdif", especially with ac3 (normally "--no-spdif" should be better but this is also the default unless you changed it in the preferences).

You can do certain configuration things in pulse audio using the utility "pavucontrol".

Solved
Audio--->Audio Device----> Default selects HDA INTEL PCH ALC V887 AVD Analog Default audio device which gives trouble
With Audio--->Audio Device----> HDA INTEL PCH ALC V887 AVD Analog Front Speakers all is ok.
Now I think the root of the problem lies in a module of the kernel.
