I am experiencing this bug in 1.1.12:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=61035

I also have that problem in the nightly builds of 2.x

I downloaded the source for 1.1.13, and the snippet of code in the thread above has been reworked so I expect that is the fix. But I can't build it.
I am on 10.7.3 and these directions don't work:
http://wiki.videolan.org/OSXCompile

The single command build fails because build.sh is missing.
Attempting to go through all the build steps, downloading prebuilt libraries failed.
I managed to get the first few libraries to compile, but only after some work.
I'm stuck on libtool.

Anyway, if someone has 1.1.13 built already, or some updated build instructions that work with 10.7.3, or even just the fixed eyetv plugin it would be very helpful.

You really should use 2.0

This is an howto to compile VLC media player on Mac OS X, focused on VLC 1.2 and newer.

If you really want to build 1.1.13, see http://wiki.videolan.org/index.php?titl ... ldid=19828 .
But you won't build it with no trouble...

The problem isn't related to VLC 2.0 or 1.1.12 or whatever. it's about the EyeTV plugin.

I silently updated the plugin in preparation for VLC 2.0 a few days ago. Please re-download it from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/eyetv and enjoy!

Thank you. The new driver version works perfectly.
