Not seeing any new intel Nightlies since the 12th, while PPC and windows nightlies are current.

Probably just a problem with the build server since the PPC versions are up-to-date, but without any response from a developer we're just left wondering if they've even noticed.

They did. buildbot is broken at the moment, so I cannot apply new compilation settings needed to get new nightly builds. Sorry about that. As soon as we have something working, I'll update this thread.

In contrast to popular belief, VLC's development for the Mac didn't stop. If you want to know more, have a look at my blog.

There are new Nightly builds sinds the 10th of september.

Correct. Nightly builds for Intel are fixed now. In addition to the 32bit builds we provided for years, starting today we're also shipping 64bit builds.

Please note that all Nightly builds for Intel require Mac OS X 10.6 or later. VLC's actual releases will still support Mac OS X 10.5 of course on both Intel and PowerPC platforms.
