Setting up the resolution for "qtcapture" video

Postby olga.krupina » 19 Aug 2011 23:50

I have tried different ways to get video with better resolution, using Mac OS.
I am capturing from web cam, using "qtcapture://", but getting the video with resolution 160*120 only.
Is it the limitation now or it is possible to fix it ?
If necessary, I can provide the log messages from VLC. I have tried different versions of VLC.

i think right now the resolution is fixed... this will be available in an upcoming version... git sources already include this feature.
to fix it yourself try playing around with the sources from git e.g.: http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=co ... 289ef0f200
