impossible to play and seek MKV files!!!

Hello to everybody,

I've just upgraded my Mac Os to LION and VLC to 1.1.11 The Luggage (64 bit)...

and now even if I've resetted all the preferences, it's impossible to play mkv files (in 1080p resolution, I don't know other res)..

The playback starts and then it stops after few seconds. I've a MacBook pro 13 with HD3000 video card..

Working on a 27" mid 2010 iMac. (1080p and 720p MKV - no subtitles and 1 audio track).
