can't capture rtmp stream

I'm trying to capture the flv file in this stream.


&streamer=rtmp://fms.scctv.net/annenberg/&file=/vod/destinos_01.flv&image=/newimages/resources/pic_destinos.jpg&plugins=captions&captions.file=http://cc.learner.org/destinos_01.xml&d ... start=true');

When I finished the VLC wizard I get an error "your input cannot be opened"

Any thoughts? I've done this successfully before with the same site and files but I can't figure out how I did it.
