VLC 1.1.0 — Preferences, Hotkeys, missing entries

When I open Preferences|Hotkeys in VLC 1.1.0, there is no ‘Long forward jump’ there. When I set ‘Short forward jump’, it disappears too.

Also, Hotkeys in Advanced Preferences are not working at all.

Also, I have to restart VLC in order to get new hotkeys to work.

1) Please file a bug about this on trac.videolan.org/vlc. Thanks!

2) Known issue. Will be fixed by 1.2.0, but not within the 1.1.x series. Use the simple preferences instead. These offer exactly the same options.

3) Known design problem. Won't be fixed soon, as far as I know.

they do not offer the very short jump backwards/forwards hotkeys, and i am very bugged with this!!!
