Apple Airtunes Express - VLC - multicast streaming

Hello all...
I need your help with Airport Express. My internet provider provides us some TV channels via network (playing it by VLC player). When I connect Airport Express, the TV doesn't work. I need to set up multicast streaming. In my last old router (D-Link) it was possible. Is it also possible in Airport Express somehow?
Thanks for any help

Who is your internet provider (just to know if other people have encountered the same issue) and do you have an example of a URL that is being used when playing using VLC?

I'm from Czech Republic, so I'm not sure whether you know my internet provider or not. But it's Viagia (T-Mobile). The URL is for example udp://@239.2.3.100:2314.
If I connect directly via LAN it works but not when I connect Airport Express.

Not sure really.
What mode is your Airport Express (AX) in? For example is it in bridged mode, NAT, etc? How is the AC connected to the internet and your computer? Basically I am trying to establish if there is something about your network setup that could be in play.
Also, when you say it doesn't work, what are the symptoms and do you see anything in the VLC message log?

I try to describe everything and I hope it will be understandable:)
In the wall, there is LAN (RJ45) connector, which provides me one public IP address (89.233.130.131). Airport Express is connected to this connector by cable and set up to share the public IP address (I've tried to set up bridge mode, but not successfully (don't know why)). DHCP from Airport Express giving me 10.0.1.2 address (and other address to my iPhone an to my girlfriend windows based notebook). Wi-Fi network has WPA/WPA2 security. I'm not sure what or how can I set up NAT, but there is "Enable NAT mapping protocol" it is enabled and "Enable default host at:" and it is disabled. In a screen with Wireless Option is Multicast Rate: 11 Mbps, Transmit Power: 100%, WPA Group Key Timeout:1 hour, Create a closed network is unchecked same as Use interference robustness. I hope That is all from Airport Express.
My computer is MacBook Pro 15.4'' with Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.7. VLC Player is the new version (but it also didn't work with the previous). When I try to play the TV it seems like it trying to connect and that's all...no error message, no picture, no anything....

Have you tried to bypass the AX just to make sure?
I am not sure if this may be of use:

The solution from Apple support doesn't work
what do you mean "bypass the AX"? How? Is it Bridge mode? or...?

I mean try connecting without the Airport Express, just to be sure. Do you have any non-VLC clients that you have tried with this? Also try deactivating the firewall on your Mac to see if that helps.
The really does not sounds like a VLC specific issue, but I'll try to help out if I can. Have you tried searching the internet to see if anyone else has had the issue? What does 'traceroute 239.2.3.100' give you on the command line?

Oh, I see, yes, I tried it without Airport Express. It works without it.
I didn't try any non-VLC client because I don't know any other. As I know, everybody using just VLC for praying this. I searched the internet but didn't find anything useful.
I think it's not VLC problem. It's Airport Express problem because it works without it and it also works with D-Link router.
Traceroute:
Traceroute has started ...
traceroute to 239.2.3.100 (239.2.3.100), 64 hops max, 40 byte packets

Have you tried posting on Apple's discussion forums or their support site?
The address for the support site is here:
http://www.apple.com/support/
Have you tried with another operating system?
Other than that I am at a loss for ideas at this point.

Ah so you are the other poster on the other forums
Crazy thought, what happens if you deactivate network security?

What I meant is to disable wireless security on the Apple Airport Express, so that you don't need a password.
