Is the next update only for Intel machines?

Actually there was one in late January, but for whatever reason it isn't in the backup folder.

Looking just now I see something new called:

vlc-git-powerpc-20080428-0317.zip

Of course, now the one on the 28th is the only one that works. The last 2 don't even launch.
