Problem to read fluently some streams

If I wanna play for exemple this Video in VLC http://stream.qtv.apple.com/events/sep/ ... 50_ref.mov
It is the last iPods keynote with SJ. In fullscreen mode, well in VLC the picture is more beautiful than in QT, but it will not play fluently, there will have a lot of breaks, in QT fullscreen mode it plays nicely, with no break at all.

It looks to be H264 encoded.
