VLC don't close

With last HEAD version, VLC dont close... I need to Force Quit to close!
There are many issues with the version in trunk. The preferences doesn't show any options and the application won't quit (like you said).
f you want a somewhat stable release, try the 0.8.6-bugfix branch (download one of the releases named branch-* from nightlies or checkout branches/0.8.6-bugfix from svn).
