Playlist problem with Homeplayer and vlc

Hi all,
i am using a beta program called "Homeplayer" ( http://goletto.free.fr/HP/HomePlayer_OSX_1_4b.dmg ) that allows french clients of the "Free" ISP to watch videos from their Mac directly on their TV.
The problem i have with it is that when i launch a video, and that i want to launch a second one after, the program stops. I've reported this bug to the creator of Homeplayer and here was his answer:
"it is due to a bug in vlc for mac about the playlists. The solution is to edit the freeneav/play.jsp and media/play.jsp to add vlc.kill(); after the line VLCControl vlc = VLCControl.shareInstance().getUnsynchronizedInstance();"
So i'm coming here to report this and hoping that this will be fixed in the next released of vlc for mac.
Thanks for your help.
