Scrubbing .FLV doesn't work or causes crash (PPC)

VLC is a superb piece of software, but it would be great if this could be fixed. Any FLV can't be scrubbed or fastforwarded to a different point, it just doesn't work and will often crash. Congrats on FLV support though, but it just needs to be a little more stable and usable,

Random access in FLV files sorely needs fixing. It's a bit of a pain having to watch and wait for the particular moment in a long video such as Charlie Rose.

Download and install Perian. Now watch and scrub FLV files using Quicktime Player.
