where can i find *libvlc*.dylib for vlc 0.8.6 ? Does this lib work on Mac ?

in other way, is there any way we can build this lib for mac os x on our own ? would linux method be a model we could just adapt ?

I'm looking for a simple way of building an all-encompassing dynamic library for OS X.

I'm going to try the official OS X build instructions, and see if a libvlc.dylib shows up anywhere.

If anybody has any advice, I'm all ears.

No news about the availibility of a libvlc.dylib for Mac ?
