daap support

Hello,
First I have to say VLC in one of the apps I use the most
I noticed that daap support doesn't work on my computer with latest iTunes and VLC builds...
Is this normal or do I miss something ?
In fact, when I launch iTunes and VLC, daap appears in the playlist but can't get opened
It would be cool to use it with the freeplayer (freebox user).
