How to make progress bar always visible?
I would like a thin white progress bar to be always visible at the bottom of the screen during video play. How can I do this in VLC app for macOS?

You cannot have that all the time. A work-around would be to put the mouse cursor in the fullscreen controller area, so it remains visible.
