OSX 10.10.5/Firefox 78.15.0esr/VLC Media Player 3.0.18

My VLC plays online radio, How can I use VLC to play online radio when my computer auto-awakens in the morning?
I formerly used iTunes and iTunes Alarm to do this. When playing radio, I sleep my computer and then manually awaken it but radio does not
automatically play.
