VLC 3.0.20 does not see Twonky UPNP server

Hi
there is a Twonky UPNP server running on my Technisat ISIO STC cable tuner, which I use to record TV programs.
Until macOS 13, I could always use VLC to watch the live TV programs, and also my recordings from the Technisat via UPNP. In iOS 17 with VLC, it also still works without issue.
But since upgrading to macOS 14, the UPNP servers are not displayed anymore in LOCAL NETWORK > Universal Plug'n'Play. There is nothing...
If I start VLC in the shell, I get the following output when clicking to LOCAL NETWORK > Universal Plug'n'Play::
[00007ff20c361890] main services discovery debug: looking for services_discovery module matching "upnp": 8 candidates
[00007ff20c361890] upnp services discovery: Initializing libupnp on 'en1' interface
[00007ff20c361890] upnp services discovery error: Initialization failed: UPNP_E_SOCKET_BIND
[00007ff20c361890] main services discovery debug: no services_discovery modules matched
[00007ff20c361890] main services discovery error: no suitable services discovery module
[00007ff1eb705a50] macosx interface error: Could not find playlist entry with name Universal Plug'n'Play
Not sure what the problem is...I have tried to change the service order of Wi-Fi and Ethernet, switched the Firewall off, but nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have similar issues and found a solution? Especially puzzling is that it works fine on any iOS 17 device on the same Wi-Fi network.
Thanks and best regards
Peter
