Fix for VLC nightly build damaged alert when launching.

The only way i can get the nightly builds on my M1 16" MBP to run without getting the app is damaged alert is to enter this command in the Terminal. Not sure why this "bug" hasn't been fixed yet
If I remove the quarantine attribute, it launches just fine.
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/VLC.app
